Goods delivered must be examined at the time of delivery and we should immediately be notified of any damaged or defective items. If an incorrect item has been delivered, we will immediately rectify your order and commence collection of the wrong item.
If short delivery takes place, the customer shall not reject the goods, but shall accept the goods delivered as a part performance of the order, we will then correct this difference. We shall not be under any liability for any failure to perform any of our obligations due to events or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Prices are subject to change without notice.

If you call outside these hours, please leave a message on our answering machine clearly stating your name, telephone number and any other relevant information. We will try and get back to you within 48 hours. We aim to dispatch all stock items within 24 hours of receiving your order during working hours. If there is any deviation from this, we will inform you by email.
Delivery
We offer FREE DELIVERY to the UK & ROI when the total order cost is over £30. Orders under the £30 limit will incur a delivery charge of £3.99.
High weight orders will be shipped by Parcelforce/Yodel, this service usually takes 48 hours but can be up to 3 - 5 working days.
Low weight orders will be shipped by Royal Mail/Yodel, this service usually takes 48 hours but can be up to 3 - 5 working days.
Orders to the Republic of Ireland will be shipped by Parcelforce or Royal Mail depending on weight. This service usually takes 48 hours but can be up to 3 - 5 working days.
Full tracking will be provided when the order is proceeded. All transactions are carried out in GBP. All credit/debit card orders are authorised on a fully secure encrypted server. Please be assured we never pass your details onto a third party.
